Breakfast is cooked to order every morning. Each night our chef creates a fresh three-course dinner, with two choices for every course.
We cook with Santo beef, freshly caught fish, local market produce and vegetables from our own garden. Every night includes one local Vanuatu dish with a modern twist.
On tour days, lunch is a picnic, BBQ or beachfront meal. Vegetarian, gluten-free and other dietary needs are always catered for — just let us know.

Open early morning until late
As the sun dips below the horizon, the Starlight Beach Bar comes alive. Open from early morning until late, it offers guests a stunning ocean view paired with a curated menu of exotic yet modern cocktails. Whether you’re sipping on local favorites or enjoying global classics, every drink is designed to capture the essence of the South Pacific in every sip.
