Payment Policy

• For travel outside 30 days: A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. If booking the 7-day all-inclusive package with the private jet, a 50% payment is required at the time of booking.
• For travel within 30 days: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please Note: A late payment may result in cancellation without notice. Payment can be made via credit card, direct deposit,.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• A credit card will be kept on file on arrival for any final payment upon check-out, including all restaurant and bar drinks that have exceeded your drink package or any additional activities, and can be settled via cash or credit card.
• All our pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and will be charged at this rate. However, any payment made on your credit card while at the resort will be in VAT (Value-Added Tax) and will be converted by the daily exchange rate. We do not take responsibility for any changes your bank may apply.

Booking policy -Age Requirement

• Exclusive Sunrise Eco Resort is an adult-only resort. Guests must be over the age of 18 years. Proof of identification and/or age will be required on check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be pre-approved before arrival by management. The property reserves the right to refuse any booking cannot provide current photo I.D. when requested at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 30 days of arrival: 100% cancellation fee applies to the total booking, including flights and package accommodations.
• Outside 30 days of arrival: A fee equal to the deposit applies.
• Reservation dates may be moved; please contact us via email to arrange a new check-in date if necessary.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical needs, luggage, repatriation, and additional expenses. Purchasing insurance at the time of deposit payment can help mitigate potential cancellation fees. In the event of a missed flight or no-show, or if unable to make it due to sickness, guests are advised to file a claim with their insurance provider to seek reimbursement for any incurred expenses.

Property Damage

In the event of any stolen or damaged property belonging to Exclusive Sunrise Eco Resort and Inn or the jet, the guest’s card on file will be charged for the repair and/or replacement cost at the property owner’s discretion.

Liability and Indemnification

Exclusive Sunrise Eco Resort and Inn, its owners, staff, and management are not liable for accidents, injuries, damage, or loss of personal belongings. Guests indemnify and hold harmless Exclusive Sunrise Eco Resort and Inn from any liabilities, claims, expenses, fees, or actions arising from the use and occupancy of the premises.

Not Included In Rates

Additional activities not outlined in the daily itinerary, international airfare (unless separately booked), excess luggage charges, staff gratuity, massages or spa services, personal incidentals, and accommodation not at Exclusive Sunrise are not included. Missed flights, additional drinks that have exceeded your drink package, and extra activities will be settled in cash or credit card upon check-out, with a 4% surcharge applied to Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payments.

Private Jet Departure Policy

For guests availing the luxury experience of our private jet service, we uphold stringent departure policies to ensure a seamless and exclusive journey. Kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at the designated airport terminal at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. This allows for necessary security procedures and ensures a timely departure. Have all your documents in order.
2. VIP Exclusivity: Our private jet service offers guests the privilege of bypassing the crowds and chaos of commercial airports. Embrace the ultimate VIP experience at the Gold Coast Airport.
3. Transportation: Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the airport terminal. We recommend securing a reliable mode of transport to ensure punctuality.
4. Timeliness Responsibility: Exclusive Sunrise Eco Resort does not accept responsibility for delays caused by guests’ failure to arrive at the airport terminal on time.
5. Baggage Allowance: Due to limited space on the private jet, guests are limited to one 30kg pack and a small handbag. Please pack accordingly to ensure compliance with our baggage policy.
6. Departure: In the event that guests are not present at the airport terminal by the specified departure time, the private jet will depart without them. Any associated fees or charges incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the guest.
